My first month’s favorite

My name is Diane and I just joined the Wildlife Wonders team in mid August. I have previous ecommerce experience and a strong understanding of the importance of exceptional customer service. I am here to do whatever I can to make your online purchase the best experience possible. Wildlife Wonders has an excellent variety of flora and fauna fine gifts and home decor. It has been very important for me to learn all I can about the various lines we offer to better assist our customers with their purchases. We work with approximately 40 different vendors and artists that offer a substantial selection of quality home decor, jewelry and gift items.

One of my favorite vendors is SPI and they have been in business for over 35 years creating impressively detailed brass sculptures. Using a combination of lost wax and sand casting the artists and sculptors at SPI are able to produce intricate, realistic creations that magnificently depict the beauty seen in nature and wildlife. Two of my favorite pieces include a Pair of Cranes and a Double Dolphin Sculpture. Each piece goes through several days of welding, sanding and polishing and then the artists finalize each metal sculpture with a hand applied patination process. The result is a unique gallery piece with deep luster and a detailed color finish. After patination, the sculpture is placed upon a genuine granite or marble base.

Recent Events at Wildlife Wonders

New hires, new products, special sales and a store redo.  An exciting month at Wildlife Wonders!

Diane is our newest employee.  She processes our orders and communicates with our customers on the phone.  She has an exceptionally friendly personality and has learned alot about our business, our product lines and how are focus is customer oriented.  Her favorite product line is Franz Porcelain and she already has added one Franz flower vase to her collection.  She has been with us now for alittle over a month and we are enjoying her being here.

We have completely rearranged our shipping department and our order processing arena in order to create a more efficient operation.  Our orders are moving through our system much more smoothly and our shipping department is better situated to ensure a very quick response and turnaround time.

We have also added many New Products. And our New product lines and artists include exceptional jewelry from Toledo Fine Art Jewelry, unique fans by Deco Breeze and exceptional real leaf jewelry by Still Life Jewelry.

Mill Creek Studios has been bringing the beauty of nature into homes for over 20 years.  They recently launched a new product line called Imago.  Imago displays nature in a whole new way, with smooth lines, and an artistic touch to bring a unique new look into your home.  The Loverboy Onyx Bear pictured to the left is just one of the many beautiful Imago products Wildlife Wonders offers.

Bi-annual Market coming up soon

We attend several wholesale shows every year and the summer show in Atlanta is next week.  We will be away from the store for three days looking for new artists, new manufacturers, confirming our relationships with many existing vendors and getting a great understanding for what the marketplace is currently experiencing, and what many experts are predicting for the Christmas season of 2009.

We are soliciting your help in pointing us in the right direction for new products that we can offer from Wildlife Wonders.  If there is a product that we currently do not carry and you think we should please let us know.  All of our products are flora and fauna related in some way but the application of that theme can span just about any product line.  We have considered more tableware as we already offer crystal, porcelain, and teacups but want to offer more dinnerware and tabletop home decor ideas, plush (stuffed animals), leather goods and so many others. 

We will be returning from Atlanta this year with many new ideas and exceptional products. We hope to hear from you before we go.
